Refund Policy

The Guide

Because the guide is delivered as immediate digital access via a secure online portal, and login details are provided the moment your payment is processed, refunds are not available once access has been granted. This is in line with standard practice for digital products.

If you experience a technical issue accessing the guide, please email hello@dubaiunveiledglobal.com and we will resolve it immediately. Technical problems are not a reason refunds become unavailable — we will always get you access.

Consultations

Cancellations more than 48 hours before your scheduled call: refundable in full, or rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before your scheduled call: not refundable, but can be rescheduled once at no charge.

No-shows: charged in full, but you may rebook a new session at the standard rate.

Discovery Package (Bundle)

The bundle includes the guide and a consultation. Because guide access is granted immediately, the guide portion is non-refundable. The consultation portion follows the cancellation policy above.

VIP & Corporate Packages

Refund terms for VIP relocation packages and corporate engagements are agreed in writing as part of the individual contract for each engagement.
